Inside Sales Representative

About the Job
Gale Banks Engineering is an established industry leader in the design, engineering and manufacture of automotive aftermarket performance products for trucks, SUVs and motorhomes. We are currently seeking Inside Sales Representatives to join our busy call center sales team. Will make contact by phone and email to existing leads in our massive database of previous and potential customers, update contact information to qualify leads, and complete sale of GBE products and services.
This is a full time day shift position, Monday-Friday with some Saturdays and holidays, established hourly rate of pay with commission potential.
Requirements:
- Strong telephone presentation and closing skills
- Excellent follow-up ability with strict attention to detail
- Develop complete understanding of Banks products and services
- Skilled listener able to evaluate customer needs
- Effectively communicate value of Banks products and services
- Strong computer (Outlook and MS Word) and accurate typing skills
- Background in automotive or the automotive aftermarket industry

We are currently seeking a Front End Web Applications Designer to join our web development marketing group. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who combines a high level of creativity with strong organization skills, and has experience working in a fast paced environment handling competing priorities,
Responsibilities:
Working in collaboration with our marketing and creative groups:
- Create, update, and maintain multiple websites, HTML editing
- Design graphics, logos, banners and animation for websites
- Monitor website quality, performance and reliability
- Assist with day-to-day website and marketing related tasks
Skills Required:
HTML, XHTML, CSS, PhotoShop
- Proficient in both Windows and Mac environments
- Solid understanding of web technologies
- AJAX, Dreamweaver, Flash experience helpful
Education/Experience:
Degree or certification in Graphic Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Computer Science or related field,or additional work experience equivalent
- 1-3 years hands-on web graphic design, web user interface experience
- Demonstrated ability to visualize projects, develop and produce design from concept through completion
- Strong communication skills, including writing and editing skills
- Samples of Web site work and/or portfolio will be requested.

Mechanical Design Engineer
We are currently seeking a full time Mechanical Design Engineer to create drawings and solid models, and design mechanical and electromechanical components for automotive performance products and systems.
Successful candidate will have BSME degree and 5+ years experience drafting, designing and developing mechanical components and systems, writing bills of material, completing engineering documents and developing technical product manuals. Experience with foundry processes desired. Must be proficient with MS Office and Solid Works or Pro E. Automotive background or experience is preferred.

Groundskeeper/Landscaper
Gale Banks Engineering, an established, market-leading manufacturer of aftermarket performance products for trucks, SUVs and motor homes is currently seeking an experienced Groundskeeper / landscaper to join our organization and maintain our companies facilities and residence, pristine grounds.
The successful candidate must have extensive experience in landscaping, pruning shrubbery, mowing lawns, edging sidewalks, weed eating areas, spraying pesticides on shrubs/lawns/flowers, fertilizing plants, installing/repairing irrigation systems. Working knowledge in the safe use of mechanized equipment such as chain saws, trimmers, edger's and other types of landscaping equipment. Duties also include: blowing sidewalks, mulching beds, hand weeding, raking leaves, emptying trashcans, watering plants by hand. Performs other work as related or as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must have valid CA Driver's License.
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED Completion Certificate Preferred. Applicant with prior experience / job in Grounds maintenance work. Applicant with prior experience with any of the listed Primary Duties & Responsibilities noted above. Applicant with prior experience with in physical labor especially outdoors work in inclement weather
